The staff was very helpful and courteous. My problem is with the original product a 2025 Equinox. Needing new wheel bearings at 200 miles because noise and continued problems leading to this new hub installation. The noise is reduced but still not acceptable. I had 6 new GM products in the last 6 years and I am disappointed. Not Bergstrom's problem, it is a Chevrolet parts problem that needs to be corrected. Bob Braunel ****

My car needed service on my side detection. I was having many things that were not working on my car. The parts were not in stock at the dealership, but they found the parts quickly. I really appreciate how fast they worked on my car. It's working good now! I need a reliable vehicle to drive and now they have everything working.

Took a while to get the part in, but once it arrived, they were very prompt in setting up appointment and did a great job.

Disapponted that my cost of an oil change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection service has more than doubled, literally, in the last few years, since the dealership was locally owned by Pietroske. For the same service then vs now. Used to be $50, now is over $100 after Bergstrom bought it.

They took the vehicle in multiple times and fixed the problem.

We had a wonderful experience they delivered what we were looking for.Logan being the young man he is helped us Connect the car to our phone as far as starting it with are phone will probably never use that but still knowing that it’s there if there would be a time that we would need it also help us download an app that we would have no idea how to do that being middle-aged phone is just a phone to us all that downloading apps. We don’t know much about but will help in the future if we ever need that so we were so gracious that he offered to help.

Bergstrom service is awesome but what makes them so awesome is the exceptional customer care from service advisor Cassandra Snyder who always does an excellent job, very professional and super great to interact with! Thanx Jim

All work was completed on time. No surprises.

I had my oil changed, when the service had been completed and my vehicle was parked I waited 20 minutes for a notification it was completed. The notification I received was a texted message asking if I would like to pay online for my convenience. I was in the waiting area so I went to the counter to pay but paperwork was even completed and I had to wait for that before I could pay. Everyone was friendly and helpful except for that break down.

Amazing people to deal with very satisfied.

Cassie communicated with me throughout the whole process so there were no surprises, and I understood what was being checked, what the diagnosis was and how much the repair would cost.

I had gotten 4 new tires about a month ago. Me rear driver side seemed off. Didnt hold air. Thought maybe they didn’t seal it correctly. Went in and all the did was fill them up for me. After two weeks passing the tire was at 27psi. Ended up being a screw in it. Wish they did a bit more the first time but hey it got fixed. Thanks

Told us it was not going to cost or take 1hr+ to put on. On too of that broke the GMC letters or did not want to give them back. “They broke into little pieces so we threw them away”

We bought a 2025 Acadia. Chad and Sawyer were great to work with. We gave Chad a list of must haves that we wanted in the vehicle. He found an almost perfect match within a day. As things came up, Sawyer was very helpful stepping in and keeping the process moving. We were happy with our experience!

Nick Emme went above and beyond his duties. We were in no rush for a new vehicle, and he kept in contact with us and found us one. He was very professional and thorough. I would recommend buying a vehicle from him, he is not pushy and very honest and down to earth. He will listen to you and make suggestions from what you said. Our vehicle that we bought was a hard-to-get vehicle and he never gave up. We went on vacation and he still kept in contact with us through email and he made it happen!

excellent customer service, was very accommodating at squeezing me in to take a look at my vehicle issue, also the staff was courteous and understanding regarding the hardship of the situation, the General Manager gave me a voucher for a free oil change which was much appreciated.

Service advisor did a great job explaining everything to me. Was supposed to have a free tire rotation but they forgot and she said I’d get credited on my next service appointment, which was ok.

Instead of being a lifesaver, Sean is a car saver! I can’t thank him enough! He is the BEST and the only one that I will have work on my car. Brought my truck in for service on the emissions system, oil change and tire rotation. Paid in full for the service, oil change and tire rotation, when I got to my truck I noticed that the tires were not rotated and oil not changed. Went back inside and said something, and they had to schedule for the next day.

My engine light came on & I had the code read at Orielly's, the code indicated I needed a new serpentine belt, which I purchased & had Bergstrom in Manitowoc install it. Bergstrom installed the new belt on Friday, 8/15/25, the service charge was over $300. The belt snapped later that day. On Monday, 8/18/25, I stopped in (8:00 AM) at Bergstrom & spoke with the Service Dept. I asked if they would work with me on the service charge. I would buy their belt, but I wanted help (discount) with the 2nd installation. The belt I purchased was not a cheap repop; rather, it was a name-brand Gates belt. The person said they typically don't warranty after-market parts, but we could ask the Service Manager. I was told the Manager was due in about 1 hour. They took my phone number and said they would get back to me. Bergstrom never attempted to call me. How unprofessional can these service people be? I purchased a new truck at that location. You can rest assured, I will never deal with these people again. It's a shame this business is in the Manitowoc community.

Had the oil change and tire rotation done on my Traverse. When getting into vehicle to leave, noticed motor oil smeared on center armrest and drivers side door panel. Talked to service writer and had brought back in to be cleaned. Technician needs to be more aware of oil or dirt on there person when entering vehicle.

Friendly atmosphere. Everyone welcomed us like we were a valued person. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Didn’t try to oversell, but wanted to sell you what you wanted and what was the best fit for us.

My whole Experienc with Bergstrom was very Pleasant from entering the Garage to the Young man explaning what was done as well as when to bring it back for Service. Plus paying the Bill.

Service Dept. does a good job of explaining where the vehicle is at. Never had any problems,also, very accomodating. Although taking your vehicle is a hassle, Bergstrom Manitowoc has always done their best.

Great service once again!

Car suddenly had a problem with shifter not moving and the system registered the car was in gear when in reality it was in park. The dealership had the car for 4 full days and could not find the issue. No resolve to why the problem existed nor was I feeling confident when I park the car that when I get back in it was going to wor properly.

When I bought my car from u, you told me I had 2 free oil changes with it. I don't drive a lot so it took awhile to put the miles on it to get an oil change. After I had the first one done, I had moved to Antigo. Its about 2 hours an 15 minute drive. So I picked a day to drive down to Manitowoc to have my 2nd oil change done. I told them that this was my 2nd free oil change im getting that came with the car when I bought it. Instead of checking the contract from when I bought the car about the oil changes, they went ahead and did the oil change, then told me that my 2nd oil change had expired which I didnt know. I ended up paying $97 for it. I was not happy. He said it actually came to a little over $100 and he gave me a 10% discount. I still wasn't happy. They didnt tell me I had so long to use it before they expired when I bought the car. I believe they should of looked it up before they did the oil change. If I would have known, I wouldn't have driven 2 hours to have it done.

In the past month, I have been charged 2 separate diagnostic fees equaling over $300 for: A. Something that was fully declared as defective before the appointment. B. Something that was undiagnosed by the tech and I correctly diagnosed on my own within 15 minutes of returning to my garage after the appointment. Your billing/ invoicing is also quite difficult to understand. It needs to be simplified. The customer should have access to speak with the techs if desired. Not everyone coming to your service department is an 80 year old lady with zero knowledge and an open checkbook. C-ya.

Of course everyone is friendly and helpful. Brian, Bridgit, and Cassie are awesome. The '97 Buick's trans fluid call-out is Dextron III and the decision to fill with Dextron VI was done without my input. Dextron VI does come with an additional cost however. Most owners probably don't have the ability to add their input to the decision but I can. Should walk the customer through the decision before the work is done. Dextron VI is backward compatible and this will be a good test for the 4T65E installed. I typically run these transmissions to 300,000 miles with only changing the fluid every 50,000 miles, always with factory call-out fluid. I've eclipsed 1,250,000 miles on the 4 previous vehicles. This one should be no different from a longevity standpoint. Going from Dex III to Dex VI will add an interesting variable to be monitored long-term.

The actual Service experience with Cassie and Bryan was Outstanding as well as the work by Ross on my vehicle!! I do feel however that the 3% credit card fee with no maximum is extremely excessive. I understand the reasoning and the Cashier did a great job explaining upfront but when you promote credit card payments and then hit the customer with the fee, Well.....

It was for just an oil change, but got me in right away.

Everything was on time, the service writer was very professional and completely explained the results of the multi-point inspection. However, I tried using points from my GM card accrual and the cashier didn't know how to connect to my account. In spite of having funds in my account, I ended up paying with a credit card. I called back later and Victoria corrected the issue.

I had issues with tire sensor. $176 to replace. I cannot afford at this time. Now all 4 sensors are out. They said they can reset them. Stopped back to dealer and it did not work. Was told it wouldn’t work because one is out. Why did they waste my time having me come back in?

The service technicians are always well trained and professional. The service is done professionally and timely. The technician also gave us a card for a free car wash to be used at a future date when the weather permitted.

Overall, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The one concern I have was it was not always clear if I was working with Service Dept or Body Shop. It was never confirmed that they had the part, so I called and they did.....and were working to paint it. My only other concern is when I got there, I went to Service as I was not sure and not told where to go. Noted I was to be at Collision/Body Shop. Given directions on how to get there-they were fine, but is was a bit frustrating experience. And to them be told if I used CC, then there was the attached fee....really? I they cost is high enough you did not need to charge that to the customer.

I had a oil change and a tire rotation and I know my tires were getting old ( buying new ones next week) and one of the tires had a slow leak and they contacted me about it and said they were too wore out to rotate and found a nail in the tire.
